At least this answers my question about what happened to JBOC.
They quote some success stories, but what I find odd is that a whole separate press release was dedicated to one single capture :
E-borders snares criminal at Gatwick published later the same day.
Also noteworthy is that between 11:06 and 13:33 (time of second PR) the number of e-borders alerts "since May" went from "over 30,000" to "over 70,000". Getting 40,000 alerts in under two and a half hours sounds more like "system fault" than "mark of success"...
