» CALL FOR INFORMATION «

According to one figure, "3500" UK primary schools are carrying out fingerprinting. This would mean hundreds of thousands of pupils. But I haven't been able to discover a hard source for this.

If you know whether a given school in the UK (for any age group) IS or ISN'T fingerprinting pupils, please could you post to this thread.

Please name the school and say whether it uses fingerprinting or not.

If you haven't got much time, please just post to say that such-and-such a school either IS or ISN'T using fingerprinting.

If you have got enough time, and it is doing fingerprinting, some details would be great. For example:

1) what is fingerprinting being used for? (library access, school meals, registration, entry to the building, or some combination?).
2) What packages? (Junior Librarian, Vericool, iGuard?)
3) What age groups?
4) Compulsory, voluntary, or somewhere in-between?
5) Details of developments? Perhaps the school doesn't use fingerprinting now, but has decided to. Perhaps there are rumours? Perhaps it has made an announcement, or purchased the fingerprint scanners.
6) Anything else :)

This is not meant to be a biased poll. So if you know that a given school definitely is NOT doing fingerprinting, please post to say so - and also name the school.

It doesn't matter what your connection to the school is. Maybe you study there, know someone who does (brother, sister, son, daughter, friend), work there (teacher, cleaner, dinner lady), or are well-informed for some other reason.

All genuine information is welcome.

Here goes;

Abersychan Comprehensive, Pontypool South Wales.

Install company - Vericool, Paid for by the LEA with money allocated from the National assembly although the school is apprently in debt..??

Year 7 have been "indexed", with a view to roll out to the whole of the school on a rolling scheme.

A system for borrowing books based on fingertip ID is already in place (to avoid misusing cards..? I bet there was some money saved.. lol)

Although a letter (after the fact) states "no one" can access the data, I wonder how it is updated..??

Also a "cashless" system is to be implemented for the school canteen (any one for credits..?? the cashless society starts here..!! and peps laugh at Alex Jones..??) with picture ID.. total conditioning, if you want to control start with the kids...

Also from another post I made IMHO this is a precursor to the real ID card and the real agenda, the data of the children of the UK taken, a lot of the time without consent, and ready for the track and trace society.... the job is being done on those least able to understand/combat it...

Of course, it makes perfect sense to begin with the younger members of society, a 'captive audience' so to speak. Less trouble and less resistance that way, as has already been stated, they will then grow up to think that having their intimate details recorded is just another minor inconvenience, nothing more, and in this way the authorities will just have to be be a little paitent, wait for us 'old fogies' to die off, and then they will have their chip and pinned populace!

Or worse, they'll be told about how it's such a great thing and not understand why we think being condensed into a number on a database is such a bad idea.

Of course, providing that the school's database of fingerprints is 100% secure and 100% reliable, and they don't share it with anyone, I suppose it's not SO bad, providing they have parental consent to take the prints...

SECURE??

I have been reading Vericool's website... Oh they want it secure all right..

They even suggest you conect the system to the internet and the system will notify parent is their child is truenting.. 'And its all done for you...

Such a safe system, accessible, unsecure and hackable..

Boy does this government and its stooges know how to spin...

Ah... *wipes tear from eye*

Sorry. That's funny. Isn't there a quote about the only secure computer being one without a power lead?

At my school, which i have since finished, they didn't have fingerprinting. They did, however, have a chashless system which someone mentions above. The basis for this was that it would cut canteen ques. Did it? No. Why? Because it ended up with two ques(one to put money on your card) of more than half the size of the origional que. Another 'basis' for this was that it would help us for 'when we got older and had credit cards'. What bullshit is this? Firstly, I and my former school mates nearly all already had bank cards(among other cards), secondly; this is blatantly trying to get us hooked into debt so we can spiral further down into the system, and finally; it is obviously preparing us for when we will have to carry ID cards. I am going to reassure all you tax-payers out there that you did not pay for this system. Guess who did? Guess who is feeding your children? Sodexho, the largest catering corporation in the entire world. Interestingly this same company was featured on the documentry 'Supersize Me'. They highlighted the amount of crap they fed the kids in American schools, and i can quite frankly agree with everything that was said.

take children out of state controlled education. do not trust them. where is the evidence they will not abolish cash, microchip our kids and impose a one world government. There is plenty of evidence that they will. we are running out of time people.
