How about something like this for the campaign on passport renewal?

Nice and simple. A good point which was made about the beermats was that they might appear to be anti-ID in general, which might not go down to well in licensed establishments. This poster would enlighten people (if indeed there are any) who might assume that No2ID is against all forms of identification.
