Last year we found there were some news articles about which agencies were able to investigate your phone records as part of their powers. These include the obvious agencies like the Police, Customs, MI5 etc. But how many other agencies have the right to snoop into your mobile/land line records?

I wrote to the Home Office and surprisingly I received a very good replay with a full list of all the agencies that have the right (with Court Orders) to delve into your personal phone records.
