You might like to complain to the Audit Commisson that labelling people as 'high risk' frauds as a result of data processing using the electoral register and council tax data sets is in breach of the statutory code of practice governing all Commission Data matching because
each match does not show an inconsistency
each match does not show a potential fraud ie lack of entitlement
and therefore it is in breach of Data Protection Law and the human right to privacy.
Make the same complaint to the Information Commissioner and your MP
