 Post subject: door to door survey

mentioned a while back, about surveys in school, which were very intrusive, our local school refused as they felt they were beyond a normal survey and very intrusive, well ten minutes ago a women turned up while my kids were playing out the front, showed id and requested to talk to the kids, when we asked why, it was the same survey the school had refused to do, she was told no, but contineud to know why not, where the misses said nobody talks to my kids thats why, the women left muttering and every house was told no, christ this government will try anything to get information, but not at this house :wink:

What survey was this? Is it the same one where school kids were asked about their parents drinking habits, etc?

Perhaps it is the infamous Tellus2 survey, details (including links to the questionnaires) can be found here:

Apparently, quite a number of schools refused to take part because of the intrusive nature of the questions.

It's a shame that the same sound judgement is not apparent when it comes to fingerprinting our children !
