NO2ID

I reluctantly consented to my photograph being taken by my company supposedly for an ID card two years ago. So far I have still not received the ID card. Is here a time period where I can insist they destroy the photo if it has not been used for the stated purpose. I did state at the time the photo was not to be used for any other purpose than a company ID card

It is not just employers that do this, this also happens on Government "welfare-to-work" schemes too; the "customers" are all photographed, with no actual reason being given apart from a vague muttering about "security", but no ID cards or anything are ever issued. Very creepy , I wonder what the REAL reason is

To be clear it is third party "providers" that do this; Job Centre Plus do not photograph their customers.
