If you think that the magna carta has no place today can you tell me when it was superceded ? and by what laws?
That in itself suggests you really don't know how the law works. (And that you haven't read the charter, most of which is incomprehensible to someone without considerable grasp of the history of English law, and land law in particular.) It isn't necessarily explicitly superceded, but implicitly repealed by later statute and common law.
Indeed it would seem that it is you sir that is misinformed, the repealed law was from the magna carta 1297 A CHARTER SPECIFICALLY NAMED TO FOOL THE PEOPLE as indeed it has fooled you
, the original wording of the magna carta 1215
makes it impossible to repeal IT IS A.....NO THE
ORIGINAL CONTRACT OF BRITISH LAW if you understood the English language the way you claim then you would understand that in it's very wording it can not EVER be repealed.
I envoked the clause in 2010 in opposion to our courts being powerless against rulings of european courts (thus depriving the soveriegn undisputed power over our judicial system) and the crown has been powerless to make me pay council tax since despite me being taken to court on various occasions
The problem is you have to PROVE that you have exhausted all other avenues and the CROWN (NOT GOVERNMENT) have failed to remedy the said injustice within an appropriate timeframe, so make sure you keep ALL evidence of correspondance to do with your case.
THE MAGNA CARTA 1215 IS MORE POWERFUL FOR US THE PEOPLE THAN YOU COULD IMAGINE WHY DO YOU THINK THEY HAVE STOPPED TEACHING ABOUT IT IN BRITISH SCHOOLS
