This is a great idea, and thanks for bringing it up at our last group meeting.
I have just two initial suggestions at the moment:
Firstly, if you've already developed a few ideas, however elementary, about the possible form and content of your film it would be good to sketch them out briefly here. It may be easier for other people to add things in to a working initial idea, than to suggest things from scratch.
Secondly, and especially if you're still at a very early stage it might be worth you taking a look at some of the short NO2ID-related videos which are accessible and which may trigger off some thoughts. Here are five of these:
