Hi everyone, ive been visiting this site quite frequently over the past couple of months or so and have been shocked at the plans the government has to keep tabs on everyone in this country. I personally think it will be a complete and utter disaster! I would not be comfortable knowing all my personal data is stored in one place for no apparent valid reason.
Anyway im currently studying my last year of a HND in Multimedia and am planning a piece of work for my end of year show. My idea is to use this time and my exhibition space to promote awareness of some of the issues surrounding the whole identity scheme, I would therefore like to ask permission to use the NO2ID logo and the website address on my work.
When the show is open to the public i'd also like to welcome any members of the Nottingham NO2ID campaigners along.

As far as I'm aware the policy is that the NO2ID logo is there for anyone to reproduce for the purposes of getting an anti-id card message out to the public. I think there are some downloadable graphics files on this site for that very purpose.
Anyway good luck with the show. I think it is a good way to subvert the system from within!

Give them the finger is a bit confusing as the scribble through print looks like a gun to me.
We'd only be concerned about people using the NO2ID logo where it didn't fit in with what NO2ID are using it for (creating a recognisable brand for a credible, successful single-issue campaign).
Belated thanks for helping out. Have you contacted Nottingham NO2ID directly? You might also try Nottingham Defy-ID.
