This could be an important test case. Even though it is in America an important issue is at stake here and it could have much wider implications.

You are aware presumably that Google cars with massive cameras on the top of them are patrolling the UK at the moment.
What will the judge make of that? Is this how corporations are thinking currently. It seems like pure fascism to me and a hint of contempt of court mixed in. The 'we have a right to do this because we are bigger than you' kind of fascist mentality.
