A flavour of the Glasgow protest: http://www.flickr.com/photos/glasgowno2id/3059498402/
This was taken just before the last of us left. There was an excellent turn out for the two protests, with a sustained three hour presence from noon until 3pm.
Friendly police today (as usual in Glasgow). No arrests.

The girl with the Fingerprint Face from the Liverpool protest got her photo in The Metro on page 2 today. Good work! There was a strange atmosphere in Liverpool, very subdued, as if it was all sinking in that this is actually happening. We need more people to take a stand if we're going to stop this. What price freedom, and all that?
I thought that the protests across the country worked well though. Are there any plans for another designated day to protest on? Also, would a collective No2ID protest outside parliament/The Home Office (if you're still allowed the freedom of speech to protest there) be in order at some point to show our united voice, and hopefully get more of the public involved?

We have Richard, our Lanark coordinator, to thank for that masterpiece.
