Boris Johnson 'sceptical' about email monitor plans

Boris Johnson has said he is "very, very sceptical" about the government's plan to give security officials the power to monitor emails.

There has been widespread anger at the proposal, with some MPs calling it a "snooper's charter".

Mr Johnson told the House a lot of people were "starting to raise this with me".
