Post subject: what are boris' view on id cards?

I am definitely not voting for ken, next step for him is to send people round to shops and extorting money from them the greedy bastard :D . I want to know what Boris' view on ID cards are, as the elections are between him and ken.

I was reading that booklet that everyone has received and I read about someone called Lindsey German, why have I not heard of her? While I agree with what she says in the booklet (about tuition fees, etc) I can't think of how she would implement these. And there is hardly any other resource on the internet other than her site. Nothing impartial.

Thanks

Here he is speaking about the scheme recently: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M38ID9WRSsk

As you can see he is strongly opposed to it!

:D

Boris may say he's against it now as do a lot of Tories. However, I wouldn't trust them one bit what they would do if elected. Remember previous Tories have been in favour of such schemes.

Lindsey German is the conveynor of Stop the War Coalition. She was was running under Respect before the SWP section (ie her) split away from Respect last fall. Now she's running under "The Left List" but you can read SWP.
