Thanks for deleting those 2 threads i posted earlier, this has confirmed what I thought all along, No2ID is just a front group for the government.

Cheers you have saved me petrol money - turning up to all those meetings... what a waste of space that would have been.

Moderation: Theads not deleted, but moderated - see below. This thread moved from "Discussion" to "Errors and Suggestions". And locked.

No I can't see them because I haven't registered, but thanks for letting me know.

You know the author of the first video is currently under house arrest for trying to get the information to a judge and the singer of the song in the second video was attacked by a crowbar and had her JAW broken (and was almost killed).

They are there and I've seen them.

With due respect, there's very little factual basis for the video you posted and, more importantly, it doesn't add to or detract from the argument against centralized surveillance technology in any way. The database state pre-existed the events you're talking about and it's far outlasted them.

I can understand NO2ID policy in moderating these types of discussions. We're arguing against the principle of ID cards/ Database state and need to be extremely careful we don't open ourselves up to easy criticism and dismissal.

Remember, most people here have already seen the same facts and made their own minds up (one way or the other).
